My name is Holly Gregory
I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. Six years ago, I planted roots in Los Alamos, NM, alongside my fiancé and our three amazing daughters. Over this time, this small town has truly become my home.
My Story
I am a Physical Therapist Assistant/owner of H&E Therapy Services at Home LLC. I earned my degree in Applied Science from the Professional Skills Institute in Ohio in 2012. Since then, my journey has been filled with diverse experiences, from inpatient and sub-acute rehabilitation to home healthcare. Recently I have taken on dual roles in administration and direct patient care as a Director of Rehabilitation and a PTA in a skilled /inpatient environment.
Following a travel physical therapy assignment in 2015, my path led me to the western part of the country. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong interest in neurological disorders and senior care. I am excited about the opportunity to share my experience and provide high-quality care to the residents of this community.
